EXHIBIT BOOTHS

A limited number of exhibit booths are available for IABMAS2010.  The cost of an exhibit booth includes:

▪ 8’x10’ draped booths consisting of 8’ high back-wall and 3’ high side-rails

▪ 7”X44” identification sign, table and chair.

Sho-Aids, the conference exhibit booth company will prepare and mail service kits to each of the Exhibitors for additional services. Services include booth furnishings, material handling, poster boards, audio visual, floral, computer rental, etc. They will work one-on-one with each of the Exhibitors for their specific show needs.

Note: Booths may be manned during the conference hours.

 

     

Note the following policy is subject to change by the Conference Local Organizing Committee:

A maximum of 2 people are authorized to man the exhibit booth at one time.  Such people are welcome to participate in the reception and coffee breaks during the conference.  Lunches and banquet are excluded from the cost of the exhibit booth.  In order to participate in these latter activities, full conference registration is required.
